Quality IS power, coz more the quality of your pick is higher more u multiplicate ur pick's power, for exemple if u're base pick damage is on 20b and u have a 2000% quality your pick deal 400b but if you have 30b base and 1200% quality your pick deal 360b so actually if i want a pick with a good power with 1500% quality (average quality in this game, too much gem to go higher) i have to have 28b base pick damage. SSo when you have like 2000+% quality u can say you have for a lot of time before you can get a more powerful pick

This game is not a hard cash users, they can have their stuff quickly than non cash user but at the end non cash user can have a good stuff like cash user with some time :), Look some f2p game with shop and you think this game is a joke above them ;)
