oh hey there @greg, youd want to try out elves, they are the best faction for early game and will net you many gems quickly. Realm Grinder's name of the game is quick abdications, and youd want to abdicate as soon as getting x10 gems (which cost x100 coins) would be slower than doing the same run again. 5k gems should be reachable in about a hour via elves.
Ah, good to know! Deciding on this medium badge threshold was a bit tricky because I didn't want it to take too long for players who pick less optimal factions. I did a few hard resets during testing, but admittedly I don't know if I tried going straight for elves and abdicating aggressively...
This is a rather nice game, the controls feel responsive and the weapons are rather varied, but the problem is the level selection. 270 levels of monsters, but they all rather feel the same, and rather easy. I used the same weapon combination, minigun, flamethrower and freeze grenade, to carry me the first two worlds which im so far though. I do most levels 3 stars gold on first or second try, though frankly, if i couldnt, id never had bothered coming back to them, because theres simply too many of these levels. There should be many more monster types and weapons for these many levels, so it wouldnt just feel like a grind, and up the difficulty.
Using the market and the new pirates, i was able to upgrade my ship to Gabriela and level 11 weapons in a matter of hours on standard difficulty and beating the first area only, thanks to wonky reward and trade mechanics on low resource counts.
Thunder Volley is already the one with the highest potential! If you time it well you are rewarded big time! If you just spam it as soon as it is ready to use you wont benefit much! Just a tip: Try to wait for the slower cannons to fire just before you use it! That's how you can benefit the most ;)
Ive did some experiments and i cant notice any bonus from taking attack speed upgrades. Comparing attack speed with 4 perks and no perks results in the same time.
shouldnt higher level time warps provide more resources, considering battles last longer? maybe to have the player prefer getting the highest level zone instead of farming a low one with time warp.
Well lets start.. Game called 'Zombie hunter', features no zombies whatsoever except for 'raids', which are impossible to beat unless you are way far into the game, and are on a 1 hour cool down. Instead, in order to get money and XP, you do either missions or work, which are 'wait 2 minutes to 12 hours to complete' and gives you a slight amount of XP and money. The only actual fights you can have are the arena, which are against players, and give low rewards. This could be somewhat acceptable idle game, if everything wasnt gated with gems, even at the start. You can only use the arena per 10 minutes, the raid per 1 hour, limited amount of missions and work limited by stamina (around 20 per day), and all this only lasts for 6 days, after which missions become longer and even less worth it. Instead, you have to pay gems for everything, including equipment. This, along with mediocre graphics and no sound, puts this game at 1/5. I have no idea why you have bought ad space for such a game.
Hello,
it's a browsergame, not flash game or fun game or something like this. So it's not made for to play it full time :) You only start missions / work / raid / pvp-fights / teamquests...
You can earn Gems for free in Raids / missions.
Work is 1-10 hours, missions 2-10 minutes.
Work is not limited by energy, only the missions.
Another bug - while every rebirth rewards less points, fourth rebirth is able to REDUCE existing points and put you in a debt. This effectively prevents further playthoughs (Although not that theres much to do at this point, as you can get from start to rebirth in 25 minutes)
(And something i forgot to add on to previous post) We should be able to see how much potential money we are gaining (based on materials per second) while mining a certain ore, so its possible to guess which ore is preferable to mine for money.
i feel like the gem bombing mechanic needs to be revamped: Since the gem bombing upgrade does not increase the efficiency of the boost, only the amount given per gem, it becomes pointless to increase it once at a comfortable level as all you need is to find a lower level ore with high gem percentage and get all the bombing you need, short of clicking. I suggest being able to set how many gems to want to bomb, as well as encourage leveling up gem bombing level and using higher tier gems other than just to save clickage.
In addition, i have a bug report: If you rebirth while a gem is selected for crafting, then once you place an ore in it the game will crash.
Get rid of the insane play time achievements, no reason they should even exist, it doesnt matter if they are based on game creation time or not. (Which they dont appear to be). Text boxes need to be fixed to make sure text is always the same size.cc
@hofididdy the game ends when you beat all the quests, not when you get to ascension. Besides, just because it can have an ending doesnt mean ascension, a late game target, cant give any boosts, nor that the game cant get badges.
