i get past the splash screens and then it just goes nowhere. Stuck on a grey background. is it taking a long time to load or just freezing?

game freezes when I try to call the number. It's happened to me a couple times.

ceiling cat won't work for me. even though I am holding up the cat only holds on for a few seconds.

It would be nice to not have to play through the tutorial every time you start a new game.
