I would suggest putting some kind of info into tutorial about inventory and the sacrifice items button. I for one found it after 3 level, sure - it is partially my fault for not noticing the triangle.... But from usability perspective a feature user doesn't know about - doesn't exist. Its minor though, the concept of the game is good, maybe a bit repetitive, but it certainly can be built upon (make it into full blown rpg etc.) 4/5
Its a really cool game! 5/5 as far as i am concerned. My only gripe with this game is blocking. Both mine and my opponents attacks get blocked way too often. I like how each armor piece has an amount of "hp". Why not apply that to a shield? A much bigger value that an armor, but still, shields should be breakable. Then you could add a skill that increases shield hp, or reduces shield damage.
Oh well, its still a great game, but that is to be expected from Berzerk ;)
ill say it again, get yourself anti-armor or someone who has anti-armor weapon/skill and send them to attack only armor. easy. do the same for air units. 2 problems solved. problems with accuracy? start the game with accuracy mod
ps get yourself someone with anti-armor (gun/skill whatever) you'll need this (unless you have one uself) and set him/her to attack armored only no-boss no-defender. now im getting perfect games all the time on day 32+
cheat is, pick a item on your invetory, go to option WITH that item... gratz, you have gained item stats without using item slot.... works with stats, defences, piercing, focus.... you can do it endless time.... as long as you have money to buy items
to defeat sinjid you need disruption, or break, or ice bolt, or all of them...
to bead dr. you need that skill that changes dmg with healing, to defeat ignition you need heroic motivation, and to defeat omen you just need a skill to stop him for one turn
all of fights in 4 zone are more thinking fights, than stat fights
