As far as i can see this shitty code, it adds a miniboss, not an enemy, there's no typo, if it doesn't work - check your miniboss class.
! before the variable means it's not true. You can use if (_root.ImSuperman) instead of if (_root.ImSuperman = true), same with =false, you can use if (!_root.ImSuperman) instead of (_root.ImSuperman = false) , it's same
really noobish, you must use some class like effect or just a sound, and then you use _root.souns.explosion() and it makes whatever is there, you don't care. If you use this it will be easier to disable sound and music.
