I agree... This game really needs a sandbox mode. perhaps with some options to control the viirus attacks, so you can be as peaceful or chaotic as you need the game to be

Want more economy? specialise, and then compesate with minelayers. Mines are good over efficiency areas, but d-fence stars are good for a bottleneck, or a staging area
