Played this while listening to The Lost Vikings by Dethklok. It made it an even better experience. I think you should NOT put achievements in this game because that would ruin it. But a free run mode and more information after you die would be fun. It is neat that the music goes away when you lose your headphones but I actually liked it and wanted to keep listening so that should be an option as well. 4/5. And if I see even one of these things changed I'll bump it to a 5/5.
You have managed to make the only TD game on this site that I actually enjoy playing. I thought I'd never see the day I gave 5/5 to a defense game, but here it is.
I noticed none of the other planes were stalling. Until all the planes (including the enemies) have the same problems I do and there are checkpoints, I'm done with this.
I'm having a problem of just losing control of my plane for no reason whatsoever and I crash into the ground and restart. It really really detracts from an otherwise fun game.
theres a bug where i beat a level and can't continue to the next, after level 26. it just goes to a screen where the fortress map is up and showing full health, and it's showing me the shorcuts and i cant do anything.
I like it's difficulty, it makes it less boring. And this is probably the only time i have seen a developer attempt to make accommodations for color-blind people. I don't use it because I'm not color-blind, but it's still nice.
i was going to give it a 4/5 because it was a really good game, but i wasn't blown out of my seat by it, but then it seemed as if you had put a lot of work into it with the updates so i gave it a 5/5
avoid killing ones and twos period. because the spot you land on takes two hatchings to recover, ones and twos leave nothing for you to use as an escape route, not even an egg to kill if you have to. large groups mean lots of eggs soon. in addition try to kill the large groups closer to the next hatching time to avoid trying to maneuver around for the whole time.
like any old game, if you get too frustrated, take a break for a bit and then come back. after all, it took me a full 12 hours to beat rygar for NES. very reminiscent of mega man, and for that i am happy.
fun, but incredibly frustrating. i understand the nature and intent of the game, but that doesnt make it any more fun when things start sucking. either way, better than a lot of the crap that gets up.
my only complaint is that in order to pause you have to cause your little guy to go severely off course and into walls, thus deducting points. i think a pause menu activated by a keyboard button would be better.
