Loved it. I really liked that this instalment was more forgiving than the prequel, and I hope you keep it that way. In Don't Escape 2, the fact that movement between scenes carried a time penalty left very little room for mistakes, which was frustrating (for instance, if you forget to pick something up before you leave a scene, you have to start over). I was very pleased to see that the timer is not so tight this time :)
@Rhysdog that's not exactly right, for hull breach the bomb is placed on the crystal on the table in the isolation ward; for lost in space it's placed on the ship's power core. I think you have to get the crystal from the wreckage in space as well. For both of these to work, safety protocols have to be deactivated. Your comments seemed a bit confusing on that, I thought I'd clarify.
I love the voice acting; however, there's one little thing: when the rabbit says "you suck, bear" it sort of sounds like - ahem - something else... I just thought I'd bring this to your attention because I'm pretty sure it was unintentional :P
I would never not rate this game 5 stars unless I did not play it to the end or I didn't check out both the campaign and the sandbox. You should either do both a sequel and a level pack or not make any more games. :P
Update: I completed level 1 again (even though I already had 3 stars on that one) and got the bonus level and the all stars award. NEW BUG: I've now done the bonus level and got the cake, but I still don't have the award for finishing all levels.
This looks like a pretty cool game, shame it's so buggy... at some point I couldn't time travel any more and the lights kept going on and off forever. I'll wait until it's been fixed.
Ah! What a silly thought! Lora Malaguard being Faust? AHAH! Just so funny.
We mean... it would be impossible!
Right? Right?
She just seems to know everything Faust should know, and she always is in the right place at the right time, and the most dangerous men obey her orders.
Also, even if she goes around for 4 episodes, NO ONE sems to know A THING about her or her past. Faust could never be shrouded in such a PERFECT aura of secrets, could he?
...
I just realised something... the quests that the game urges me to unlock in exchange for crystals can be unlocked without crystals, just by completing the episode. I only saw that when I went to the actual quests page. I think I've already wasted my crystals on a quest that could have been unlocked without them. But the way it's presented in the popup, it makes you think that you *have* to spend crystals to unlock the quest. Not cool.
Hahaha :) You can share your levels through comments.
