Clash mode - a mode for like let's say lvl 10 + (you decide), where the game must have an even amount of players and the races are like: Demons vs Angels or Arachnids vs Reptiles or Soldiers vs Robots, Ninjas vs Pirates etc. Just a thought which would be quite cool to say ingame :)
Yes... this idea came from ravens post.
Too perhaps make being first slightly less advatageous from beign last maybe you could make... say we have a game of 4... first round 1'st player goes first second round 4th goes first then it swaps again so 3rd will become 2nd then 3rd again.

I hate it when your really big and a little kingdom you underestimate breaks through your pathetic defence against him and then he allies with another guy next to you and they cut you in half XP
