Note for beginners: In the beginning of the game, things are kind of hard and confusing. You'll have a lot to learn about the game. As you move through the game, you'll find things to be much easier than it was before. Just put some faith into it and you'll see.
It would be pretty cool if when you went out in the field you had more interactive enviorments? Like, there could be a watchtower in the street, and you could have somebody in it. Or you could take cover behind the barricades that are at random spots in the field. We could also have bandits, enemy NPCs with weapons. You could loot their body's for weapons when they have been killed.
the main problem with this game is that at higher levels you don't have much to do so people will lose interest, its like you get punished for playing it alot, with the long construction and travel times from raids you really dont have that much to do. still it was fun.
Idea for balancing late game: let players upgrade Deathmobile throughout game making the free return time longer (5-10-15-20-ect). So that way someone can still actually play the game when they get higher lvl instead of the game turning into something of an idle game
I wish there was more logic to the inventory. I love that the books are sorted by type, but here is what I would suggest for weapons, gear, components junk. Weapons & gear are sorted by level & then alphabetically - that is great. The 1 thing I would suggest is that the qualifiers for the items don't effect the alphabetizing - for instance can't we put all of the lvl 20 chainsaws next to each other & just sort them by chainsaw, quality chainsaw, extended chainsaw (& so on) at that point? The same is true for gear. I can't find the logic in how components are arranged. I would love if it were organized by material type. This would put all wood based items together, all cloth stuff togeher, and metal together. Secondary organization could be alphabetical. This would make 2 things easier. 1. know what was needed for crafting & 2. recycle material. Junk could be done the same way.
