I can't turn in quests. I visited the guy by the pond and collected four wolf pelts but when I talk to the quest giver they still give me the same prompt.
Please try refreshing the game to see if that helps. Also remember that quests are completed when you talk to Pippen/bring the pelts. There is no need to return to the quest giver. Completed quests are marked (completed) in game
