Eh. It's ok. Catapult is your damage weapon. Soldiers build the traps to gather targets together so each shot does more damage overall. Unfortunately, it just didn't strike me as fun. Effective enough, just not fun.
You know people keep talking about how a game if a ripoff of a game.
This is one of many balancing games. This is part of the subsect that uses removal with the balancing.
Most of us did this with blocks when we were 3. All each of these is is a variation of a simple childs game.
That said, this one isn't bad. Not outstanding, but very functional.
An expansion would help make it stand out.
When they update a game like this, why don't they just review and adjust the badges for it? I mean, they almost always get a slew of requests like this. of course if they were cruel, they'de make the badges for sequals universal through a series. Achieve it in any of the series, you have it. No getting it in multiple versions. Now there's an idea....
Very fun, funny game.
Short and easy, but that makes it perfect for the coffee break play.
more Dinos with diffrent roars and blasts would help the replay value.
Oh, and by the way, this stupid American finds the mechanics to be just fine. The statistics and terrain advantages are to be expected and exploited. it's just the random number generator that buggers the whole thing. It turns a player off real fast when he/she has the statistical advantage, and the random crit/fail rate suddenly goes wonky. We have short attention spans as is. Loss do to bad luck really kills that attention, even for us tatical nerds.
I enjoyed the first level or two... Then suddenly my enemy started criting early and often. (Roughly 33% of attacks Crit, And 33% did 1 damage.) Meanwhile my hit rate went from 20% Crits to about 2 a battle. Suddenly it had become impossible to finish a battle within the turn limit, even when my tatics were granting me a win, in a war of attrition. What started out as a 4 point game dropped to a 1, thanks to random number generator.
Oh for crying out loud.
Got to wave 36 and then in one round went from a fully buffed team that recovers nearly instantly, to only having the 1 member who can't Resurrect. All before my team even gets to go. I went from a cake walk to dead in 2 rounds. And missed the badge.
Bad Luck = Bad for continued play when you lose hours because of it.
When the rest of the game is so darn easy, Why put in something as difficult as the boulder chase?
I completed the rest without thinking. And this part, i just can not avoid the walls. (Not that you have to touch them, just get within 1/4 an inch.)
The Sweepstake entry thing is obviously ment to favor those who play these type of games. That's why the challenge wasn't something like playing through a puzzle or sports game. They chose wisely. The people complaining just wanted another FPS for their consoles.
It is completely dependant on the Wealth shrooms. Without them you can not upgrade fast enough to keep up with the enemy HP growth. Make as many level 5 Wealths as needed to fund the stuff you want.
Game is almost fun.
And then you move your mouse to far.
it makes it click outside, scrolls your screen, then even if you get back in it before you die, the bloody thing doesn't let you move half the time, after that. Turns it frustraiting and unfun really fast.
