hmm, 3/5 coz there so many games, worster then this one. i really believe that this game is made by himself and not copied or stolen or something else^^
i call it fallout cause he used the whole "engine" the same stats (S.P.E.C.I.A.L.) he not even renamed the "perks" and i played fallout 1 just a week ago. i really wish i could erase the game from kong, but there are many games i would do that xD
why dont u named it fallout 1? cause this IS fallout 1 with some poor modifications. isnt this a copyright thing or something like that? i need a lawyer here!!!! there are some rights that want to be protected. 2/5 for the work, but this suxx -.-
