best advice i can give. make sure you have 5-6+ of each service room(laundry, reception, internet). Then make sure you have 2-3+ of everything else(food, health, entertainment). don't use service elevators, just the large capacity. also try expand out instead of up to make sure your elevators don't get too over capacity. hav fun ^_^
