Pick Virus and start in any country 2. sell starting symtoms and use FEVER 3. 1-1-1-0 for resitences and also WATERBORNE (this will spread the disease to madagasgar). 4. When it spreads to 3 countries get rid of fever and let the chaos begin. 5. When all countries are infected buy all drug resitance and unlock the highest tier you can get. 6. Wait 7. Afterwards remake this comment and let the world die and your diseases live FOREVER. IT REALLY WORKS.
