You need a start screen. You can't expect players to be ready to play as soon as the game loads. You need a time on the ball respawn. There are a lot of bugs: whenever the ball hits the far edge of the right side it goes insanely fast. Occasionally the ball will go right through the paddle. Finally I would suggest different levels of difficulty for the computer player.
