is it sad that i might be playing cookie clicker while playing this as well?

love the game. I'm assuming based off of the Monster Hunter series for consoles and computer in japan(why wont they give the rest of the world that joy?!!!!!). The only problem I do have is i notice the pc version is at version 1.8 atm, however, the IOS version is still at 1.0. Will it be updated soon?
