You took a genre that's enjoyable for the pleasure of attaining expertise and added... random loot and grinding. "you got medical waste in my peanut butter!"
having gold carry over barely matters since only blood drain is really worth spending cash upgrading -- for a game with such simple, chunky mechanical rules, the spells are like WoW talents in terms of power. 6% chance to avoid 25% of damage isn't actually very good when enemies take a long time to hit for 4+ damage!
Of course you're aware that the game needs balancing -- just my thoughts. Make the abilities more powerful!
I feel like the visual style of your interface design is very strong -- the filigree and colors and such are very nice. The character designs are comparatively too busy, i think.
One can tell you really like the SRPG genre -- i felt like the battle scenes were a bit reminiscent of Fire Emblem, in a good way. I look forward to your next release.
There's an achievement for finishing the tutorial, but your tutorial is bugged and usually not completable.
You were really onto something with that little downwards-scrolling jumping game with the classes, but since then, you haven't made any very good games.
