if your still wondering what to do after making the catapult in several journeys of reemus chapter 1 its this… take the stick and click on the green rock in the well. then make the catapult and click the rock and fire it.. the rock will knock the bell off.. click the rope to attach it to the flag on the wall and then click the rope to climb it.
