I have shaky hands.. only way I could beat level 24 was to use the browser to zoom into the game, I play at 1680x1050. Do lower your screen resolution in windows that doesn't make the image itself bigger it just pronounces your cursor movement. Instead zoom in with the browser's zoom feature while in a large resolution, that adds pixels to the width of the path your mouse has to follow. It's the only way these shaky hands can complete games like this one.
I think with the music and the horrible engrish, this game was written by someone in North Korea to torture Americans with bad grammar and Korean music torture.
4 minutes is a long time just collecting fish and avoiding. Make the player do something during that time besides collecting fish, like grab upgrades or make the penguin get fatter as he eats more fish(know another game did that)
I beat this game 2 years ago... this is OLD and it just got posted? It's an excellent game but after 2 years you'd think there's be a motherload 2 or a gold edition or something...

awww.. only 19 corners to a path? lol we need a good 50 corners if you're going to allow 20x20 maps. Why not confine them to the path and just do an enter exit point?
