The healing pets are overpowered as hell. Having one willsburg in your team in story mode makes the difference between a hard match and a rockslide victory.
Level 1: Hmm not so bad (12 deaths)
Level 2: A lot tougher (53 deaths) but doable after learning
Level 3: Trial and error , mostly error (and pattern recognition) (228 deaths)
Level 4: NOPE
All in all it is a hard game which makes it sooo much more rewarding once you finaly beat a level.
Same problems as the previous games, difficulty curve is sharp and once you are stuck, thats it, you can´t grind for resources since each mission only gives rewards once (or in this case is not playable after winning it).
Somethings I have to say:
- I found myself encouraged to smash every lock I met since the spawning robot hordes allow me to get insanely high combos (and a lot of money)
- If you reload while having more ammo in your clip then max (happens when you have just bought the weapon) you will reload ALL your current ammo in your clip.
- Sometimes sentrys dont work
- Sometimes the keycard door alarm doesnt work (no robots spawned).
Nice game my only problems are that the enemys are getting too strong to quickly and that the Atk upgrades are to rare. Also trolls keep attacking twice.
That moment when the head part of your Worm goes Bigger than the entire Screen.
Btw for the Highscore you should eat the Enemies near the upper end of the Screen.
There is a pretty interesting Bug in there: If you open AND close the shop after you died you continue with full health but an invisible character.
Otherwise it is a pretty nice game through some tasks like 120 sec windfall can be really frustrating since enemy projectiles have the same color as the tree.
