It's hard to cover the hotel with elevators because you probably build all of them full height. I have a 5-star 29 floors high hotel with only four elevators. Build two elevators from 1st to 11th floor and put most your small rooms there. Build two more elevators from 11th floor to to the top and put your suites there. Waiting times will go down a lot. BTW the game needs express elevators which go at higher speed, have high capacity but slow acceleration. And/or a way to make elevators stop only on certain floors.
I understand why such games are written for mobile platforms but why chose Mac over Linux on desktop? The latest HiB results ( http://ompldr.org/vYmp1OA ) show that if it's money you care about you should choose Linux or even better all three of them. Can we get a comment from the developer? Maybe there's something else than money driving you to port games to macs.
