Well, first you have to have a green dye, then you use the boxes next to each piece of equipment on the status screen.

it would be cool if you could add weed/marijuana and it lowers stress alot and can cause a scandal UNLESS the legalize cannabis act is passed
I actually opted not to add Cannabis to the game as it would be a bit too good in game terms. Since it's not addictive and would cause a minor scandal (or even none at all under certain conditions, as you noted): it would be used disproportionately compared to other drugs and reduce a lot of PvP interaction. Which would be realistic, but in this case I made a choice for gameplay reasons. I have considered adding it and hallucinogens as a special category of drugs that just do something funny instead of actually affecting gameplay (like making the interface all kinds of different colors, or making your debate abilities do different stuff), but that's an extremely low priority.

i actually though top12guns ideas were pretty cool...
There are known issues with the algorithm he suggested, I wish to write all algorithms myself to increase opacity, the values he used for CSP are not realistically useful in gameplay terms, and as I said I have plans to do something similar in a different way already anyway.
