The in-game achievements suck. Really, they should affect the player in some way. Maybe the money bonuses, maybe the reputation boosts.\n
Winning the tournaments should also give you something, probably the solid lumps of money, the boss/fans relationship boosts, and probably the contract enhancements.\n
The clubs should differ in more ways than now. There should be the top ones and the regular ones - with top clubs offering bigger bucks but maybe with more difficulty to prove yourself.\n
There should be another parameter, something like loyalty to the team. The more you play for the team, the bigger your loyalty is. If you're loyal to your club, they don't blame you so hard when you play badly.
Nice to see the international tournaments added. Now make more newspaper hype about them! It really is weird to have won the Champions League and see no single headline afterwards.
Plus, the national team selection on WC might be more realistic. Having my England beaten by Burkina Faso in 1/16 is beyond good and evil.
seriously, what color selection is this? i'm not color blind, but telling purple/pink from the light blue on the enemy armor is hard, especially if you don't have both colors present to see the difference. why not some more contrast colors like yellow, pink, dark blue and bright red?
It would be nice to see the final table when the season ends, so that i could choose the good club for my player, not some dumb asses who can neither score nor defend.
Seeing the same for every league i try moving to would be doubly awesome.
I really would suggest making the UI less iOS/Android inclined. The fact that the item lists (boots, luxury items etc) are scrollable is totally not noticeable until you accidentally do a swipe with the mouse. Some sort of a scrollbar or the up/down arrows would be appreciated.
Got 3 stars for all the courses before the badges were introduced. The weird thing is that for some courses it did count, while for Rookie Rainforest, Modest Municipal and Greenhorn Hills i see the "You need 1 more" warning. Please fix that. I did enjoy the game, but struggling with the randomness again just to get that badge isn't too pleasant.
Level 10 is so easy i can't handle it =). But i am a programmer, so.... =)
Anyway, would be cool to have the operations add to the currently selected function (main or two aux) by simply clicking the operation image. Drag'n'drop is not a good way to develop programs =).
Wow, that's some good dialogues. I mean, really, you actually want to read every piece of them without skipping to the action. And for once in my life the questions you must answer to determine your character in the beginning of the game make sense to me as a person.

Several feature requests:
1) Please make possible creating empty corridors. I want to reserve several empty floors to place the upcoming rooms there, it's stupid to stack single rooms on the farthest ends of the building and then destroy them to have those empty corridors.
2) Allow deleting the elevator shaft parts without destroying the elevator as a whole. At least the most upper blocks of it. The reason: i want two shafts right above each other, and i can't build a new elevator, it simply increases the current shaft instead. The current workaround is to skip a single floor and then start a new shaft on the floor above, then finish the lower one.
3) PLEASE enable some sort of Undo!! It's crazy how much pain one failty click may deliver in a destroy mode =).
4) 5-star rating is nothing near Medium, making 150-room hotel working like a charm is quite a hard task
Yeah, i can't understand why it's so easy. No challenge at all, the later missions become totally monotonous...
But the concept itself is enjoyable, the game might be much more fun if the process was more challenging...
