day 45, flash crashed, load up auto save, day 5
what the hell.
nah, i've had enough. not going through all that again.
also, building a liquor store in dubai, good luck with that
It's a fun game, adding a little extra twist on the classic mine sweeper, but good luck can make the game rediculously easy. on one case i found the left/right handed clue and an alibi within about 5 clicks and was able to solve the case straight away.
jolly good fun, the unlock system makes the game more rewarding when playing for longer periods of time. I might suggest health bars for the blimps, whereas you can see how much damage you've done to wooden bloons, it's hard to tell how close you are to killing a blimp. being able see what effect different towers have on the blimps would really help in calculating a defense or strategy
day 1,2 no problem
day 3 lost shield within 3 seconds, guess i need to grind
day 1,2 grinding... yawn
day 3 lost shields in 5 seconds.... more grinding!? I only just started. but i earned like 500cr on the level can't i use some of that even if i die.... nope
day 1,2 yet more grinding
day 3. now it's easy
day 4,5,6,7,8,9 sooooo easy most enemies are dead before they even make it onto the screen
day 10. gah, dead so quickly, more grinding...
day 10 several times, try various tactics, still getting torn to pieces... do i really need to grind more
day 10 finally beat it
day 11,12,13,14,15 easy, mostly cus i grinded so much that i had every upgrade
there's a good game hidden in here somewhere, could just use some tweaks to difficulty curve and the cost of upgrades. and maybe letting you keep some money when you die so that if you make it to 90% progression and die, you don't feel like you wasted your time or that you aren't moving forward.
nice, but do i really need to press auto fire every level, am i missing a circumstance in which i don't want to fire. i'd have liked to be able to upgrade a bit stronger to deal with the utter chaos on screen. but then this ain't my kind of game, i simply lack the coordination to aim, move between hazards and track 50 enemies at one, i simply left the cursor in the middle of the screen and dodged best i could and hoped i'd kill something in the process
dunno about this motherload, but this reminds me of miner dig deep on xbox indie. and that game seemed like a really basic minecraft. nothing new under the sun i guess. still i really liked this game, but it was just so short and easy. i skipped several upgrades each time buy saving my money, in the end i had 20,000 and nothing to spend it on. it's rather sweet and charming, even if the main mechanic has been done before. i give 3 stars cus i enjoyed it and it's a good start. develop it further and it's be worth 4 or 5 stars
I love the chain reaction mechanic, satisfying but not so easy that it isn't worth the effort.
Though once you know what upgrades to get it becomes easy, even on super hard mode. I'd buy a bunch of upgrades, clear the waves and still end up with more money than I started with.
i like factory balls, but i think i got too good at it, nothing in this version challenged me, i knew how to do every ball as soon as i saw it. also, what's the difference between the scraper thing and white paint?
real annoying glitch, got all the guys hired, then switched them all to machines guns, then everything went bad, the box got pushed to one side of the screen, all the coins froze, all the bullet lines stops clearing, lost all my progress, grrrrr
really fun and original, but it's a bit random how some edges you seem to bouce off and others you fall off of. also, why can't I redo a level without losing all my progress, seems needlessly strict
i like the bubble games, especially the tower defense ones, but i had an annoyance in the original that i'm disappointed to see has made it into this version.
when the splitters burst, the smaller enemies sometimes jump over towers, really annoying if it happens near an exit and they make their escape, annoys me when i've designed a great maze that's killing everything but a splitter gets away and ruins my perfect win. grrrrr
