It's a shame that buildings cannot be upgraded, as it means that production points become useless in sandbox mode. At least some techs can be upgraded potentially forever.
So apparently both questions in my comment could be answered by going to the picture in the room with the books, and clicking the blue circle just under the snake's head.
OK, so I have the beam coming from the giant snake's eyes and I have the beam coming from the king, but I can't get a mirror to redirect the one from the king. Where is this mirror and where is this pole I'm supposed to use for the lever?
Judging from the comments, I'm guessing I wasn't the only one who saw the other robot get crushed and immediately started pressing just about every key on the keyboard and every mouse button in a desperate attempt to save the robot I was controlling.
To answer r_grec's question, this is on the questions where you have to enter a number, right? It doesn't just check for how close you are, but also how fast you answered, so if the right answer is 5 and one person says 4 and the other says 6, then whichever was faster would be the winner.
When I'm playing against the CPU and I have Spike on the top front line position and two Oakleys on the bottom two front line positions with some other random attacking units in between, all I can think is "There's no kill like overkill"
Confirming tajgun's comment below. There have been times when I swear my character actually touched a Death or a Hermit before I pressed the correct key, and yet he carried on running like it missed.
Damn, I keep screwing up on the hermit and wheel of fortune.
On another note, someone suggested having individual death animations for each way you die (like one animation for if you get killed by the moon, another for if you hit a high priestess, another for if you run into a wall, etc.) and I reckon that would add a nice touch to the game.
Is there a way I can assign unassigned upgrade points after closing the upgrade screen on a building? If not, then it means if the window closes at the end of the day before I've assigned the upgrade points for the maximum level, I can never assign those upgrade points. This is a bad thing.
Is it just me or does the rocky ground not actually do anything? I notice I get the same number of petals whether I plant seeds on rocky ground or plain ground.
Why does the button labelled "tutorial" lead to a walkthrough? "Tutorial" = teach the player the basics. "Walkthrough" = tell the player what to do at every step. Big difference.
Apparently the walkthrough gives up on level 30. I don't know if it's because you're supposed to give up on level 30 or because the level is actually so hard that not even the walkthrough can provide a solution.
If I were to make one UI suggestion, it would be to ditch the button clicking on the bribes and the amount of booze to buy and the number of mobsters to protect a shipment or take over a city, etc. and replace them with sliders or something.
Thankyou very much! Staring at loading bars in games is so boring, so I figured I'd liven this one up!
