I got Baron to 10k hp and he still didnt use tick tock on him self so i had to kill him my own way, baron is easy to kill cuz u use lvl 2 disrupt on him, and he uses some other skill on himself that makes him lose 3k hp each time he does this for about 3-4 turns each, by then you can use disrupt again.

to beat lvl 24, shoot the spike balloon diagnally* right up to you, and it should start a chain, then shoot the spike balling 2 above the ice one which should start the 2nd chain reaction destroying the rest of the balloons.
