On level 38 the 3rd box you get everytime you send it through a portal alone it goes back to it's starting place. Is this supposed to happen or not?

This game is good until the fact that whenever you are in a rush to lay a portal down he doesn't shoot.3/5
Sometime your character gets stuck and just keeps going the last direction you pressed and typically gets you kill.

To kill they guys with wings throw them up in the air then when their wings are out grab them and throw them at the ground. Have fun :)
