Wow, this game is great. It is leaps and bounds ahead of all the other "eat stuff smaller than you and grow bigger". Stuff actually interacts with each other, like cats and mice and there is terrain, until you eat it. Best part is, there is a pointer to tell you if you can eat stuff or not. No more "Oh I look about big en-*dies*" which is the biggest problem I have with these types of games. 5/5!
Wow, it's like this game's songs are geared just for me! Not only that, this rhythm game has a few unique elements to it that makes it stand out. What I would like to know is how you are able to fit so many awsome songs with awsome videos into a flash game? There are a few places which need some improvement. The controls are very awkward I find for my fingers and I wish I could just tilt my keyboard and screen to make the controls more intuitive. Another slight problem is that the game registers the second note when the notes are too closely packed together which results in missing the first note. Nevertheless, an amazing accomplishment and it deserves 5/5!
Ok, so from my experience playing this game, your microbes will evolve to the next level at 15, 40, 80, 120, and 160. They will devolve if they drop below 5, 30, 60, 100, and 140 respectively. So, for example, to get an embryo, you have to first get it above 15, then as long as you keep it above 5, it will stay an embryo. If you evolve your microbe, it will not reproduce faster, but its tentacle power will go up. Try not to overextend your tentacles or else you may devolve your microbe, making it weaker. If they attack you, if you don't attack back, they will continue to grow stronger while you lose power. Attack back if possible so you at least take down some of their numbers instead. I hope these tips help!
I can see why people would want to move using the mouse. Unfortunately, if you want to click on a monster to check what level it is, you may accidentally misclick and move beside it and if it is agressive and you are not prepared, you will most likely die and have a bunch of people complain about that. It would be best if there was an option to switch between all mouse and keyboard plus mouse. Also, it's annoying how you have to actually click a skill to use it, and as others have mentioned, make hotkeys for skills.
I was sharing my love with seven other squares. I felt true happiness, and it made my head spin. Yet, they wanted to get closer to me. They all did. I was trapped, with nowhere to escape. They got too close, and my body was shattered. Truly, love is something you should play with more carefully.
Wow, this game is so simple and childish, but because of the amazing detailed graphics it has, it is very easy to imagine a very dark story behind it all. How did the red robots become enslaved? Maybe humans try to control them by creating overseer robots to force them to make machines for them. Or maybe, I just read too many science fiction novels :P
It's really too bad that the gameplay was too repetative. Sure you can dash attack, jump attack, and down attack, but most of the time I found myself just holding down the attack button. The upgrades were also kind of disappointing. Only 1 or 2 upgrades for each thing? I would have also liked rpg elements like leveling up to increase strength, hp, magic etc.
The best unit I think is the birdman chief. His melee is nice and he also has a decent ranged attack. But what really makes him great is his ability to fly. This allows you to simply fly to places you are unable to access otherwise to unlock more characters or choose to skip over the ones that you have already unlocked.
Not really a bug, but I find it kind of annoying how I sometimes accidentally click while autofire is on and that would turn it off. I would really like autofire to stay on until turned off by pressing x again.
Wow. Challenge mode is HARD! But, luckily, you only have to make it to wave 30. I made it to wave 33 with the strategy of maxing damage first and then putting points into rate of fire. Great game, but too many people are wimps and give a poor rating because they suck.
