Can't make the initial climb in the Death Drop 2000 lvl. How do you jump high enough to reach the second ledge on the right?

The Gemcraft series have never disappointed me. This is what a tower defense game should be.

I beat it. It was nearly unplayable - you have to refresh your browser every two levels, otherwise the lag makes the game impossible.

Way too grindy.
