idea: needle gun shoots needles that drain blood

Idea: not suggesting organs or anything but breakble bones like better sounds thats all
Idear: dispell when used on a ragdoll it removes the current effect e.g when useing the power on a frozen ragdoll it makes it unfrozen
Dispel power is coming in the next batch of powers. I confirmed it a while back already.
