played this a year ago, and all the shitty mechanics are still just as shitty. why did i get a notification about this shit? oh and they've "been working to improve" for the past 3 years and still haven't fixed them.
Hi olinn, you get notifications because you appear to be flagged as an active player of the game on Kongregate. Also, if you read the notification we never said we changed the mechanics, we just created a new Edition of some cards. Anyways, thanks for coming back

ah, yes. i remember this game. 4 stars easily. would be a super rare 5 stars if we could choose not to lose the music once we go fast enough.

it would be better if the planet list would show the names of discovered/colonized planets and/or the planet menu would show the planets number.

yay, i just got a victory chests. best wait 12 hours before i can make any more progress.
the necromancer's skeletons have some serious pathing issues, they keep going inside walls and end up ignoring all enemies besides the one that they were targeting when they got into the wall. it's also really annoying that ranged enemies not only ignore them but are also able to shoot through them to hit you. the game otherwise is pretty easy and badly balanced, there's no point in putting more than one skill point in fire sword, as you get more damage from leveling raise skeleton and fire sword scales well enough with intelligence that even with just 1 point it was still nearly doubling my skeleton's damage, maybe having the scaling at level 1 lower but rising with each level would be better.
Thanks for the comment, I already aware of the balancing issue but it is very difficult to adjust the difficulty of the game... I tried to make it not too hard and not too easy but with a good equipment, it becomes very easy... And concerning your remarks, I will try to take them in account in the new version

it takes *WAY* too long to do anything or get anywhere in this game. i've played idle games with more interaction in them...
Our idle is very different from others, if you unlock the colonies other mechanics will be unlocked. We have a long list don't worry :-)

if you want to motivate people to pay more, have the game more engaging, don't just lock all enjoyment behind paywalls.

the repair time makes experimenting with ship design a huge pain.
Hello! It's a part of game mechanics. It motivates you to have more than one ship and upgrade your level.
the RNG is a bit too brutal in this, if you don't get a good sword, shield and bow you can end up in an unwinnable situation.

those rocket cars in area 2 get really annoying when they're so close that their rockets hit instantly, making the pulse gun useless. enemies really should keep a minimum distance away from your convoy, it's pretty ridiculous that they go into your cars. and the game area could use a size increase once you have 3 cars.

it lags a bit once you reach the rainbow area, which makes things quite annoying. also, the ball shouldn't start rolling before i see it, if you die just before reaching a new checkpoint you have to either just let yourself die on the first obstacle or hope to pass it blindly as the ball will smash itself a split-second after you see it.

this is far too slow paced, it takes way too many runs to get an upgrade and there are several pointless and counterproductive upgrades, such as expertise, chrono's will and resilience. combo only provides score, not extra souls, so upgrading it only slows down the players progression, chrono's will actually harms you rather than help you as the speed fluctuation it causes hinders the player from adapting to the games speed and resilience is a waste of souls, since it's incredibly rare to get anywhere close to 250 in a single run. my suggestions would be to multiply the amount of souls gained per soul harvested by the current combo meter and making chrono's will slow down the games speed by X and having it speed up as normal from that point, making it more similar to sloth and patience.

@Forutop if you don't have save items, you will lose all your items when you rebirth. and you'll also have to rebirth to gain new talents. auto rebirth is active as long as you don't lose anything from rebirthing.

... the auto cast function doesn't work with the healing spell, it gets auto-cast before the first hit lands and fights generally don't last 30 seconds. it'd be great if it'd only be cast once you've lost more health than it gives back. also, @DollD1 shards are what you collect in order to get talent points, before you get the 100e70 upgrade, it takes 1000 shards to get a single talent point. the shard meter is the blue bar at the top of the battle screen that goes from 0/1000 to 999/1000. you don't spend shards, the moment you fill the meter you gain talent points and lose shards.

sorry, that was 400%, not 800%. derp.
@dauntless i've recorded two instances of a double attack critting, and in both cases i did 800% total damage, with 200% crit damage. so my recorded multicrits are 2/2 for both attacks being critical. so i think that if you get a multicrit, then *all* attacks will be critical.
