How about you add screams, dripping blood, fire, anesthestic like someone said, maby some control over him, with the arrow keys so you can move him, create your bloody obstacles. Perhaps jumping off buildings i’m thinking. Maby some swords, hammers, and when you paint, it takes too long, how about options to paint the whole room and stuff.
