As has been mentioned, some of the colors are intense. There is also an issue with the font color against the various backgrounds and icons. It can be difficult to read.
Is the replacement % maxed at 25? I have more than enough money to buy it, it's green, but will not increase. If it is maxed, could you change the display to refect that please?
At the moment, when I mouse over the refill change upgrade, it has 2 popups, one says 1, one says 8. I'm assuming that it's the higher of the two, but why have 2 popups?
I too had a screen size issue. Had to reduce by 50% to see everything. I get that people have different display sizes, and I like developing on a large screen as well, but please take this into account when you release a game. And even with it maxed, there still a scrollbar in the game. This just looks sloppy. Handle those and and more upgrades and you'll get more players.
The popup explaining brains happened at the end of the level, which was immediately covered by the end of level popup. So I have no idea what they do. Also, while amusing, I'd love to be able to play muted. Please look into this.
Thanks for the feedback. The brains spawn a new zombie when clicked after being collected, the end level screen is supposed to move over to the right so it doesn't cover the tutorial dialogue so I'll have a look at that. I'll also have a look at adding a mute option, hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult.
I've also noticed, the new version locks up every now and again. I'm not sure what causes it, but it'll just freeze. I've checked my ram and cpu and both have plenty of space left. Sometimes it's a few seconds, sometimes it's several minutes. Then the game either picks up where it was, or it jumps to where it should be. As long as it doesn't wreck what I'm working on I'm fine with continuing, but it does put my times in the trash.
Not everything fits on the page. And I tried research mode on, had 30 gourds, but couldn't improve even though it said spare 25. Am I reading that wrong?
1. Click and drag anywhere to scroll :-)
2. Once again I don't know what's going on, testing on different browsers things work fine for me. Was the button green?
It is complicated compared to other games as the starter equipment needs to be removed from all 4 equip styles before they can be sold. (So check the Fencing, 2-Hand, Shield and Duel Swords tabs and make sure the item is still not equipped there.)
Quick start tips: Drill, hire Bob. Gather resources, upgrade Bob, hire him some friends. Drill further as you can. Once you've hit bottom, click the Return button. If you have enough resources for the upgrades you want, return, buy resources, and start again.
When the game originally loaded, it didn't take up the full game area visually, but in order to interact with the buttons, I had to mouse over where they should have been. I did a full screen, then back to window, and it resolved itself. But figured I'd mention it.
