Instead of displaying how much you get per click maybe show a per second instead, since it would be more meaningful to see how much your income increases.
When you upgrade a button then the game should show the price and production of the next upgrade without having to hover over it again. Currently it doesn't update and just shows the old values.
Good concept, but just way too much jank. I got frustrated not because I couldn't find the solution, but because there was so much janky controls involved.
Simple trick to easily get high scores: Just keep on shooting. You will eventually end up with a screen full of these balls. And as long as you keep on shooting then will the timer not stop, so you can go waaaaay above the 100 ball limit.

Awesome game overall, but I realized that you could go to the last level from the level selection menu and just play that and then you can play the whole game through with the cheats on the first time you play it through.
