i think the main char is a werewolf himself he is seeing the world with his own eyes while the wolves are actual soldiers and trying to protect the girl because she is special thats why she would never follow you when you pounce your cloaking is removed revealing that your a wolf while she cant see that your a were wolf when standing the soldiers can see because of their special gogles and in the last she found out that you were a wolf and ditch you because of that but later she cries finding out your dead
