Bug: When you click the hero, you get the spells, but when you hit 1 to select the hero, you don't get the spells. (I'm using the demonic hero, but it's probably the same code for all of them).
Mouse interface would be nice. You click a word, the girl runs there super fast. The current interface takes too long to backtrack. Cool idea though, would like to see a full game.
Could you make the + and - on the upgrade screen bigger, and add info showing what the change is so we don't have to try every upgrade to see if it's worth it?
Would be amazing with between-games upgrades, where you can spend all that cash you get. Something faster to add: Points make you start with bonus EXP or better weapons, like in Frantic Frigates.
Sometimes training doesn't actually give the stat bonuses. I have 4 guys, start them all training at the same time. Only 1 of them actually announces the bonuses, and he's the only one that gets them. What's up with that?
We played every single map at least hundreds of times, if not more.
We're preparing a video walkthrough to show you that every single stage is not as difficult as it seems.
Tip for 3rd map (works on most others too): Make a ton of archers, and only make soldiers by the exit. Works better than bunching up all enemies in one spot (because there's no splash tower).
Needs better AI for my soldiers. Sucks when 3 soldiers take on 3 enemies, but all soldiers attack the first one, and the other 2 enemies run right by. Things like this kill the game.
It is actually pretty substantial for soldier to gang a single unit, because a lot of the later stages requires soldiers grouping up to handle a strong enemy unit. The strategy to get around this issue is make separated clustered guilds, not just single cluster over one area only.
@Baalthazaq What are you talking about? Fascism is the political opposite of communism? That doesn't make any sense. And the developer put Friedman next to Fascism, so yeah, he kind of is saying he's a Fascist.
Cards need some balancing. For example, Enslaved Soldier, a 6/20, costs 2 purple 1 pink, can attack the turn it's played and heals for 2 each turn. Wild Berserker, 6/22, costs 2 pink 1 purple, can also attack the turn it's played, but hurts its owner for 1 per turn (and doesn't heal at all). And it's not that one is common and one is rare - both are called "elite." With some balancing, this game could be much better.
Love this game, played it 3 times, but it's always the same. Would be great if recruiting and events was randomized. Once you figure out how to beat it in the first season, there's nothing left.
