The update didn't fix the main crippling bug: That new medals (from repeating a level) don't get recorded on the level select screen. Replace Wisdom badge with something about speed and sending the next level early, fix badges on the level select screen, and you'd have a good game.
"You get a wisdom Medal if your units are placed at the maximum damage they can inflict." What does that even mean? If you can't explain it clearly, don't make it an important game mechanic.
For level 7 (With the spiders), it's just trial and error to know when to click. So here's the answer: Let the first spider go down and up (one cycle), then click the switch as the first spider starts to move up for the second time.
To get badges: Grey badge = Don't lose any lives. Gold badge = save lots of gold (50? Not sure how much. Might change between levels). Green badge is called "Wisdom badge" not sure how you get it (I get it often but don't know why). Developer: Since you need badges to get upgrade points, this should really be covered in instructions.
Clicking on switches is problematic. If the zombie is near the switch, sometimes you click the zombie and lose control of him. Probably best to make both of those actions into keys, s for switches and space to return to your body, for example.
When buying weapons, show me the stats of the best weapon I own of the same type, so I can see if buying the new weapon is worth it. Also, speed button please.
Steering is bad. The center of the ship should follow your mouse. But you have the ship only respond when the mouse moves far enough that it's not over the ship anymore. This makes small movements difficult. Make steering work like all other games in this genre, make it auto-follow and auto-shoot, and it will be a much better game.
Just not enough to do. Show us upcoming enemies with stats, explain how defense impacts damage, and let us select equipment to prepare for the next rounds, so there's a strategy involved.
Every other mahjong game I've played lets you use any tile that's exposed to the left or right, then stacks them up. You also require them to not have anything to the top or bottom of the tile. Weird, why change the rules but still call it mahjong?
You can lose a point if you catch a fast-moving ball. It will stretch your sling past the screen, and you'll lose the point, even though you have the ball. Shouldn't happen this way.
Feels like it could be a lot of fun, but just isn't yet. Ball moves much too fast for the speed of your sling. Mouse control might work better. A "bullet time" type effect might be interesting, too.
