Fun game. Next level should take me to the next level, not the level select screen. Hate it when keyboard games make me use mouse to get the next level.
To everyone complaining that harder is too hard: If you prefer normal or hard, then play normal or hard. No one said you had to play the hardest difficulties. But some of us enjoy that challenge. Awesome game, btw.
Why doesn't space complete the text? Right now it just skips to the next dialog, so I have to wait for the text to type out slowly. Completing the text on the first click has been standard behavior since NES.
What do the unit stats mean? Tutorial never explains, and I can't mouseover the big picture of the card because you only get the big card when you mouseover the small cards in your deck / hand.
Looks fun, but: 1. The rules of the running start for flight aren't clear. The dude's animation should show when he's ready to fly. 2. Limited number of lives is bad in an exploration game. Game over screens suck. Just start the player at the last door each time he dies.
Would be nice if we could see all the research options. As is, we don't know what would be opened up by researching some other field, and there's no guide to tell you.
Bug: Seems increasing population doesn't always give you more people on the planet screen to move around. It says 15 population, and gives 15 tax and uses 15 food, but I only have 14 guys. Has happened twice now in a couple hours of playing.
Ship steering is very bad. The ship slows down as it nears your cursor, making tight maneuvers impossible. If you make the ship move at full speed until it hits your cursor, then stop on a dime, the game would be a lot of fun.
Good game, but not worth paying for. Games don't work with a freemium model, there are too many other games to play here. Just make a great game and put ads on it. Without the energy restriction, you'd probably have won $ in the weekly competition.
