You should gain the achievement bonuses whether or not you've actually viewed the achievements screen! I just got an exceptional boost in my ability to down enemies by visiting the achievement screen after already reaching level 20 for the first time! Just a thought.
This game is WAAAY easier on a slower computer. Played it while at work today and the slower speed on my laptop helped GREATLY to slow down the launch times and the timed bonuses... Not sure how that can be helped, but I think I'll be getting the badges on my laptop.
Cool game! Not sure why a couple of people have said that it is hard, it's not hard at all. I died the first time around, but the second time I had no trouble whatsoever. Focus on XP & Money Gain first then go from there.
I don't know about anyone else, but it doesn't seem like the notes come at the right time. I always seem to be pushing to early, but I can wait till the note already disappears and hit it still, what gives?

Figured I'd come back for the Best of 2007 Quest and fought my way to level 43 then died. Didn't receive the level 39 badge, bummer.
