Is there any way to use item when all your characters are frozen or shocked? guess it should be =)

Yeah, game always start battle with low quality... And it would be great if it is option to switch off weather effects.

it seems that frozen foes taken reduced damage from ice, but help notes says it should multiply by 1.5
