Not sure why... but it seems like you can only message people offline ,but you can't because they're offline. Then when you see if you can message the ones online it doesnt show the option to message them (to players that aren't on kong)... P.S i think the keys being expensive is been said one too many times (as seen from best comments)

@topro4u try using moves such as whitebreath or any status effects (paralyze,sleep,etc) it increases chance to catch terramons
