Could use some leveling or perk system and some variety to enemies (big slower ones, small faster ones, armored ones that take 2 hits to kill, cubes that spawn other cubes etc), otherwise the game gets repetitive real fast. At waves 20-25, when there's too much enemies and particles on the screen at once, the game becomes very laggy, big explosions make the game run at 5 fps. Controls become unresponsive too when I hold a direction key then change it but my cube still keeps on going in the initial direction for some time making the adequate movement impossible. If these issues would be resolved it would be nice.
Please make the low quality mode more optional and customized. There needs to be an option to disable heroes and monsters animations. Also to disable hovering text and coins dropped (also why do the enemies always drop 3 coins, why won't they drop 1 to make it 3 times less resource-heavy?). The game is laggy and eats a lot of resources. I'd love to disable the animations and hovering text, it would make everything so much smoother.
You really should rethink the chest drop ratio after the first reset... You said it's random and chests still drop but after the reset I got to wave 55 and zero chests dropped. Zero. It's not fun at all. Chests should drop at every boss like the first run. Random = BAD.
I don't like this camera pan feature.. It has no practical use except to make the gameplay less comfortable. For example, in Lava fields my heroes are somewhere far far away from the visible screen and I can't change it no matter what I do to the camera.
Why don't the bosses drop chests anymore after I reset? You get rubies to buy one chest and that's all. That's no fun at all. Also why is the XP reset to zero too? I feel like after I reset I lose more than I gain. XP should remain, at least some part of it. And chests should drop like before. Otherwise I don't see the point of it, it's just not fun.
Hi Otkrove, The chests have a chance to drop when you beat a boss the first time on a reset. Given that idle games are about reseting frequently, we're happy with how the chests are awarded but we may change that in future. Also, we will be adding daily objectives to get more rubies, and the harder objectives in campaigns are worth more than just 100 rubies. The XP resets so you can try different formations based on Crusader gear and knowledge about the game.
Graphics quality options would be highly appreciated... Make the resolution lower, disable animations, disable gold on the screen, disable text, all kinds of options like it's implemented in Clicker Heroes, for example. The game eats resources like crazy, graphics options are really needed.
Before the update the monsters were used to level heroes up, now it's pointless because of the level cap after you reach it. Also the monsters helped earning cash, now it's useless because now buildings generate much more money. So the only thing monsters are good for now is mana shards and boss items, which is not very fine I'd say. Also this game has a huge memory leak, it crashes every few hours, hope it will be fixed soon. Sorry for the wall of text, just wanted to address the issues.
Why is the apothecary +25% production bonus capped? It's only like 10 levels and that's it, no more progress. There shouldn't be any cap for this. The hero XP% apothecary upgrade is useless since the level cap is so low now, even if the level cap would be raised to 200 the amount of time it takes to level up is too small to waste shards on the %XP upgrade. Monster gold drop should be dependant on mana shard amount too, at later levels when buildings generate billions of cash\sec 4-5million cash for a Lich is nothing (even with monster gold upgrades being constantly purchased via University), so mana shards should increase monsters gold drop too.
Level cap is abysmal. The mana shard cost of raising this cap is inadequate, it should be lowered by like 5 or 6 digits at least. The cost raises drastically and is not worth it. XP items are now useless as it takes minutes to reach the cap even without them.
Level cap is most likely to stay at 100/200(max), but I'll re-evaluate the mana shard cost of getting it there. I'll also probably lower XP bonus item drop rate since they aren't quite as necessary now due to other upgrades that increase XP.
It's tentative, but the reality is that I didn't balance heroes for such incredibly high levels. I can either re-balance them so heroes have to be level 3000+ to do anything, make the XP so insane it takes years to get to that level, or use mana shards to control how heroes level. I'm not yet convinced a cap is the best way to go about it.
Something's broken with the shard bonus. I had ~50mil shards, reset with ~300mil shards pending but I don't see any bonus from that, my buildings absolutely don't generate x6 more income, it's not even x1.5, I'd say there is no bonus at all, I have a feeling my income even became smaller than it was before I reset with 6 time lower amount of shards.
There really should be a monster respawn time upgrade so monsters would respawn faster. It is really slow now. Or\and an upgrade to make 2..3..4 etc enemies spawn at the same time instead of just one. They die in a fracture of a second and then your heroes just sit around doing nothing waiting for next respawn.
This is on the radar to be addressed, through upgrades or some other control. The previous system was too buggy and didn't work well, so for now it's just a straight '3 at a time with a 2 second respawn delay'.
Now that you can equip 8 items per raider it would be great to be able to save loadouts to change your whole party's equipment quickly. I'd like to change from, say, farming loadout to arena loadout in a press of one button, not changing every item one by one.
Also I'd like to repeat my request about just letting the merchant and the mage stay at the base like the rest of NPCs do. They are spamming their notifications like crazy, it's so annoying. Please let them stay so they won't spam their useless notifications or give us an option to turn off some notifications we don't need.
How fo you cancel the quest? I accidentally accepted the FrozenCoast raid quest, but it's absolutely impossible to complete. Now this quest is active and no new quests show up.
Okay now you're deleting comments that you don't like. June 1st I left a comment about the poor quality of the new update describing why it's poor. It had many upvotes meaning people agreed with what has been said. That comment is gone now. So not only you are a pathetic and inept dame developers who clearly don't have a single clue what balance is and what your players really need despite people asking you for MONTHS to do something about it (the Moon is incredibly inbalanced at the very start with huge gaps between upgrades etc. and you added a new _end-game_ managers to the Moon, they cost 10 duotrigintillion each, which will take literally _years_ to even afford buying one without huge cash shop multipliers), but you also censor the fair critique and delete fair comments which you don't like. You are pathetic.
Please for the love of god let the merchant and the mage just stay at the base. There is no gameplay-wise meaning for them to come and go and come and go. Constant useless notifications are really annoying. Or at lest make a settings menu and let us disable various notifications. In the late-game the merchant is useless and I'm not planning to soft reset soon but these two guys are spamming their notifications which I absolutely don't need, I only need farming map events. Please make a settings menu so we could disable it or let these to just stay at base.
Game freezes after beating 4th raid bosses. Units move at the base but healers don't heal, orders don't work, cooldown timers freeze. Only refreshing the page helps.
Please make it so the merchant and the mage just always stay at the base like the arena guy. There is no point for them to leave gameplay-wise and the frequent notifications about their return are annoying. Yet I have to check them to see if some map has gets more mobs. Let the merchant and the mage just stay at the HQ.
