There are many games that i cannot beat on many diffent game sites, and i do give up on them smoetimes, but i rate it on how fu the time i played was. I also rate on the factors of the game... But i never flame a game just for being hard... It's ok if you can't beat a game, but don't make it an esxcuse(wrong spelling...) =-)
O, and adding to directions, longer you hold, the bigger the circle gets. Like on later levels you have to use small circles to win. And like Heki said, it auto releases at a certain size.
