When you lose a game, upgrading mines or bubbles limits don't. I mean, I just started a game and it costs 30$ to upgrade to 6 mines.

When I finished Upper Karnagh, it wasn't marked as completed, but Coastal Ruins was marked though I still hadn't finished it.

Agreed with DKWISUFT, the timing is not very good. Even in the easiest songs sometimes it's like I press the keys out of time, and DAMN, I'm a guitarist and drummer. I could press the wrong key but not out of timing.
