This reminds me more of an idle game than a management game. I think you shoudl decide a direction to go with it and build from there. Idle games are a dime a dozen and I think this could be a fun management game if you add a bit moreto the mix. Maybe add island catastophes (i.e. put a volcano on it and have it change the weather or something). Also, adding upgrades to the diffrent workers could help add some detail. Maybe even reqard the player for attention to detail by giving a chance for crop quality to increase which adds to profit. Good, simple and fun. 4 of 5 - 'd jump it to five if it had some extra detail. Heck, if you go the idle route, it could still be a nice game!
I can't up my bonus wins or open prixe crates because of the ad issue. I'm also getting a bit bored with this game becasue I keep running into players with all epic cards. What's the deal? 3 of 5 since the graphics and setup work well. The problem is I can't seem to make much progress. Getting to bender in arena - geez...
Nice and smooth. This could be taken to a whole new level with a bit more thought regarding the soldier types and the abilities of the alien to kill them. Come on! Give some crazy alien tech to commit my genocide with, please! :)
So fun! I won't use any egg puns in my comment. Promise. Although, I am looking on the sunny side when I say I can't wait for a sequel and level editor/user content!
Nice puzzle solving music - calming but not repetitive. Concept and design are both great. best idea already said was not showing the final shape. in fact, i'd say take out the background shape completely. Nice way to waste some time while on break or something. The number of levels is crazy! Which is great, but I find I enjoy the games that reward me with some sort of "upgrade" as I go, or give you a timed run on the puzzles, etc.
Am I the only one that finds a bit of humor in the fact that the ads I see on this page frequently ask me questions like: "Are you looking for venture capital?" and "Need faster business internet?". I'm like, "I sure am! Gosh darn it! I have 5000 cheese mines on the moon to fund!"
I STILL love this game. I don't post comments twice often, but you guys are really my favorite game dev team (if we were voting) throughout the last few months. I don't mind the bugs, just like I don't mind updates. Keep up the awesome work! Don't let the complainers ever get you down, just listen to them and keep moving forward with your plans even if those plans have to change from time to time. Looking forward to the newest updates, the newest bugs, and the newest everything! Enjoying every minute.
I initially gave this game a 3/5, but changed to 4/5. The lag when I played yesterday was a game breaker in many respects. Today, though, the lag has disappeared. I like the choice of having to collect or shoot. Also, the way the map works is nice, letting you take the long road through or start at the last checkpoint. The three cars and the unique ways you can utilize them were my favorite part. I could see entire tech trees for each car as you create a tank, DPS, and support vehicle to fit your game play style. Can't wait to see Road of Fury 3!
Guys, just wanted you to know that you have made buying gold very tempting. You have a great model and I can tell that there is some capitalistic ingenuity happening behind the scenes at Hyperhippo. Thank you so much for helping us all celebrate this generically festive time of the year! I think everyone has already touched on any things you could shine to make the game even better. Still a solid 6/5 stars :)
4/5. Good, clean game. It was the excellence I've come to expect from these devs! I like the city building a bit; but, money being really tight, upgrades that take days (the third tier in the boomerang tower is 48 hrs, for example), and land grabbing really slows the game down and make it repetitive. These sorts of games are always tough to rate because of the real life money aspects that I just have never been in the market for. Great job on this one. I will continue to play and, who knows, may even throw some cash into it one of these days.
I try not to be negative in my comments, but what is this game about? I'm so confused. It looks like a lot of time and energy went into this, what's with the auto everything. Is there actually something I'm suppose to do in this game? 2 of 5 for the graphics and such. Most screens i just click reward and have no idea where in heck it keeps coming from. So much clicking!
I can see how idle games could be tricky. For one, everyone likes something a little different; however, one aspect everyone can agree on is upgrades. Upgrades are what allow for a player to feel accomplished. he or she gets to reap the benefits of those accomplishments, too. For example, when I buy an upgrade, I should see how it is helping me continue in the game. This game gives a feeling of defeat with every new level. I shouldn't have to leave the game open for weeks and my experience bar should always be on the move. 3 of 5 stars. It's well conceived, just so long. I've ran out of steam at level 162. Best of luck on your future games, sir! I think they will be great ones!
No point in rehashing what has already been said. This game is unique and fun. It needs some shine. Fix the lag and streamline the costume management. It's just slightly grindy, but still enjoyable. Hope you keep working on more games. This one is good, but not great yet. Thanks for the awesome time. I've spent an hour playing already.
OK....I like this game too much. The music, the weapons...everything. What a fun combo of weaponry and the challenge levels are a frustrating blast! I even like the way you have to upgrade things by moving them around the tower. Don't take that out. It adds suspense and may even justify getting rid of the fast forward button. Who needs to fast forward if you are kept busy elsewhere. Creative stuff!
