Upgrades don't charge the correct number of points. Its about 100x less.

As an edit to my previous comment, I believe the issue is that Billions (10^9), are being calculated as Trillions (10^12). So there is either a rogue 1000x multiplier in there or some kind of translation error between the units.
Pretty crazy bug, where you go from billions (10^9), straight to quadrillions (10^15). Probably need to sort that out.
