I like it so far, but why not show $/sec, and the ascention level of each color along with the multiplier gain you get when it laps. You could show that on each button or next to it.
@GSarahC - not that I agree with people being grammar nazis, but that just doesn't sound right to me. The object of a sentence is what is being affected by the subject. In this case NinjaNic and Gumrok are the subjects and the game is the object. They may be pedantic, but they're right that it'd have been grammatically correct to use "I" in place of "me".

I just found out that you can skip building eggs in empty bloodcells before you attack the next one. Meaning that you can save the ones with multipliers for higher-tier parasites.
This is a neat game, but the UI is kinda painful. I'd suggest the following:
1) The number of each parasite that you own shown be shown in one spot somewhere that is always visible. It's the same for each similar nest, so why show it on each nest? Plus you can't see the number when trying to make purchases.
2) Show the total parasites/second for each type.
3) When buying multiples of any upgrade, show the player how much it costs for that many upgrades. In other words, when I click 'x10', it should show me how much ten upgrades cost, not one.
4) Allow players to remove nests.
5) Let players close out windows by clicking outside of them, rather than forcing them to press the X in the corner.
Also I think it needs some work with balancing. I don't know why I'd build anything but baxternests.
woha, thanks! 1&2 are hard to implement now, 3 would require some headbreaking for me because the factors that increase the price change various times. 4 I will probably add tomorrow, 5 I'll try to implement it and update if it doesn't lead to problems.
Good game. Easy for the most part but it gets challenging toward the end. The real challenge is in earning the in-game achievements. Why don't we have badges for them?
