Every badge is easy to get, except the hat factory its moderatley hard. Just finish the hat factory once and get the hat, and then use the prop hat to help you get like 2 minutes faster.
You guys stop saying you want jiggmin to make a Pr3 i doubt he even comes on these boards. Its just annoying to everyone else here to see everyone saying they want jiggmin to make a pr3.
