In terms of balancing and a sense of progression, a little achievement system would be good for this game. You could have it so that each achievement provides a small bonus to all your circles. For instance, reaching 50 clicking power could provide a permanent, flat bonus of +1 damage against all circles. Reaching a certain number of specific types of circles could also provide little bonuses to those.
You should definitely give the interface some TLC. Split the staves into two columns and try to lessen how much horizontal space is taken up by the things in the Kingdom screen. You could easily shorten "per second" to just "/ps" for instance. It might not serve a purpose yet, but it's good housekeeping.
